Eric George: Forth Worth Business Man
With more than 27 years of program management, supply chain management, business development, and systems engineering experience, most recently Eric rescued a small manufacturing firm to successfully grow the monthly revenue by 17 times and 35 times EBIT. Concurrently, Eric George established a successful commercial real estate company with almost 200,000 square feet under management.
Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Eric established and lead a global supply chain capability for a $4 billion services company where his team was recognized for the prestigious Nunn-Perry award in 2012.

Prior to this, he lead the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Mission Systems and Software Integrated Product Team (IPT), a $7 billion endeavor delivering nearly a half-million line items over the production life cycle.
Prior program management assignments involved day-to-day management of $130 million per year operation responsible for management, development, & maintenance of a multi-faceted command & control system, management and development of a complex multi-domain Strategic Command system, as well as Omaha site operations lead.
Eric George was instrumental in two major program turnarounds resulting in customer satisfaction reflected in growth in sales, orders, and EBIT by double digits.
Eric’s systems engineering experience includes managing subcontract relationships, work content under a $600 million Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) work order and running a multi-disciplined engineering advanced programs group responsible for new product & strategic development.

Eric George is a U.S. Air Force veteran; he holds a master’s degree from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is married with two children.
